14. SECURITY AND RETENTION OF YOUR INFORMATION

We retain your personal information only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected. Such as whether we need the information to maintain your account, to provide the Services, comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes or enforce other applicable contracts and policies.
Retention Periods:

Order and transaction data: 6 years (for tax/legal compliance)
Account data: retained while your account is active; deleted after 6 years of closure.
Sensitive health/ethnicity/religious data: retained while your account is active; deleted after 6 years of closure, in some cases 3 years after a private funded project.
Marketing data: retained until you withdraw consent or unsubscribe

15. YOUR RIGHTS

- Right to restrict or object to processing (including profiling and direct marketing)
- Right to withdraw consent (where relied upon)
- Right not to be subject to solely automated decision-making

Before accepting such a request from an agent, we will require that the agent provide proof you have authorized them to act on your behalf, and we may need you to verify your identity directly with us. If we transfer your personal information out of the United Kingdom, we will rely on recognized transfer mechanisms like the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses, or any equivalent contracts issued by the relevant competent authority of the UK, as relevant, unless the data transfer is to a country that has been determined to provide an adequate level of protection.
