Refund Policy

This Refund Policy covers:

  • Coaching and Training Services (sessions, block bookings, courses)
  • Physical Goods (e.g. rackets, tennis balls, merchandise)
  • Digital Products

 

The term “player” refers to any customer, client, or organisation booking a session for themselves, employees, or family members (e.g., parents booking for children).

This policy should be read alongside our Cancellation Policy. Together they explain your rights and our procedures for refunds and cancellations. This policy is in addition to your statutory rights under UK law.

 

1. Coaching and Training Sessions

 

1.1 Single Sessions, Block Bookings, Bulk Bookings, Group Training and Courses

  • Players may request a full refund within 14 days of payment.
  • If a session is booked to take place within the 14-day period, a refund will only be available if the player cancels within the applicable cancellation window (see Cancellations Policy).
  • If the session is cancelled due to the fault of the player (see 1.5) or cancels a session outside the permitted window, no refund or reimbursement (including court hire fees) will be given.

 

1.2 Private Group Sessions

  • If two or more players have booked a session together under one payment, the lead booker may request a full refund within 14 days of payment.
  • Refunds will be made only to the original payment method of the lead booker.
  • The same rules regarding cancellations and missed sessions apply as in section 1.1.

 

1.3 Session Expiry

  • All sessions are subject to an expiry date, starting at the time of purchase, examples below:
    • Single Session (One-Off): 60 days
    • Block Booking: 90 days
    • Beginner Course: 120 days
    • Bulk Booking: 180 days
  • Supercharge Athletes operates a “use it or lose it” rule. Un-used sessions after the expiry date are forfeited and treated as used.

 

1.4 Un-used Sessions

  • Requests to refund or credit un-used sessions after the refund window has closed will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis.
  • Where a partial refund is agreed, a 50% penalty fee will be applied to the value of unused sessions along with a £15 administration charge.

 

1.5 Player Fault

  • A player is deemed at fault if they:
    • Fail to cancel within the required notice period,
    • Fail to attend a session,
    • Arrive late without informing the coach, or
    • Breach the cancellation process highlighted in the policy.
  • Where a player is at fault, no refunds, partial refunds, credits, or reimbursements will be made.

 

1.6 Coach Cancellations

  • If a coach cancels a session (e.g. due to illness, logistical issues or extreme weather), players will be offered:
    • A full reimbursement of court booking fees if its non-refundable or no credit is given.
    • A rescheduled session at no additional cost.
    • Or a discount code equivalent to the value of the session to use at a later date. 

 

1.7 Force Majeure

In the event of circumstances beyond our control (e.g. government restrictions, natural disasters, severe weather), refunds are not guaranteed but rescheduling or credits will be offered where possible.

2. Physical Goods

 

2.1 Returns

  • We offer a 14-day return policy, starting from the day you receive your item.
  • Returned items must be:
    • Unworn, un-used, and in original condition,
    • With tags attached, and
    • In original packaging.
  • A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us as items returned without prior approval will not be accepted.

 

2.2 Pre-Orders

  • Our pre-orders are subject to the same process as 2.1.

 

2.3 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

  • Please inspect your order on delivery. Contact us immediately if an item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, and we will arrange a replacement or refund.

 

2.4 Exclusions

  • Returns are not accepted for:
    • Custom or personalised products
    • Sale items
    • Gift cards
    • Digital products
  • Exclusion items that are faulty, not-as-described or defective will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis for either replacement or refund.
  • Where items are excluded from our returns policy, this will be highlighted on our products page.

 

2.5 Exchanges

  • To exchange an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.

 

2.6 Refunds for Goods

  • Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 14 business days of receiving and inspecting your return.
  • Processing times may vary depending on your bank or card provider.

3. Digital Products

 

3.1 Exclusions

  • Digital products such as downloadable file documents will be excluded from returns or refunds unless the file is faulty, not-as-described or defective.
  • Our exclusion to refund digital items will be highlighted on our products page.

4. European Union Customers

 

 4.1 EU

  • If goods are shipped to the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receipt, for any reason. Conditions for returns are as stated in section 2.
